Surprisingly Luxurious

I enjoyed the place a lot. It was my birthday celebration and the hospitable owner and staff made sure I felt special on my birthday weekend. At that time most of the places surrounding the resort were closed, but the management was able to still entertain us. We swam in their clean pool. We played billiards and ping pong. We hiked going to the waterfalls. We drank good wine. We traveled to Las Casas De Acuzar and took plenty of beautiful pictures. The best part was that at the last night of our stay, they surprised us with an outdoor, under-the-stars dinner. It rained a little bit, but these sweet servers patiently covered our heads with umbrellas so we could still enjoy our food. Talk about being treated like royalty. I would rate this place 5 and above stars out of 5. Take the time and visit their resort you will not regret it.

Stellar Private Luxury Resort worthy of Conde Nast mention. Impeccable service by the staff.

The entrance to the Resort is Mediterranean-inspired with grand Arch entrances and statues. We upgraded to a private Villa. The amenities provided, the Villa environment and the staff were impeccable. We were greeted and welcomed personally as we entered the Villa by the General Manager along with other staff and the assigned personal Butler that is included with the upgraded private Villa. The private Villa is an intricately Bali-inspired design and is secluded in a very quiet lush, green, and serene environment. There is a private outdoor Jacuzzi solely for each private Villa. Meals were healthy with optional local fares, nicely prepared, and brought to our Villa. Most of the staff and general Manager came to our Villa on two separate occasions to surprise us with sumptuous cakes to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary and my birthday. Our personal Butler, Frederick (Ogie) Bonete was stellar with his delivery of everything we needed. He also gave us a tour of the entire resort grounds. All of them were amazing during our stay on June 24-25, 2023.

One of the best resort stays I have ever experienced

Loved the location and the facilities. The villa I stayed in was luxurious and high-tech. It had a smart Japanese toilet and had Alexa. There was also a small glass partition on the floor that allowed me to see the fishpond underneath the villa. The surroundings were very fragrant because of the flowers and fruit-bearing trees around the villas. The resort’s location was perfect as well. I could see the mountains and farmlands around the resort. But one of the things I loved about my stay was the staff who assisted me. Everyone was just so accommodating even the General Manager of the resort. The general manager even volunteered to help get me to the pickup point for my transportation going back to Manila. And it was a one-hour drive! The reception staff were especially accommodating. They made sure that I got my meals and all I needed during my stay. They even insisted on making sure to call me to remind me to order food for dinner. They even gave me silk flowers and a greeting card when they found out I was staying there for a belated birthday celebration. They just spoiled me to no end!

ONE OF THE BEST RESORTS WE'VE BEEN TO!

We were greeted by the famous arc in their resort. It looks so magnificent. We immediately knew we were in for a good treat when we saw that! The facilities are well maintained. The staff is respectful and courteous. We had an awesome experience in the resort. I would love to come back soon!

Everything was great. The only thing we didn’t like was the weather because it was raining hard during our stay in the resort. Not to mention our son was sick so we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the resort fully.

A grandeur reception awaits at Chateau de Gabriel, a palace-like events hall that can accommodate up to 100 guests. 

The shining and somehow glittering Chateau de Gabriel is an art piece by itself. The floor-to-ceiling glass panels enclosing the hall changes its ambiance through day and night, while its striking elegance gives artistic references to classical European designs with contemporary flair.
